My name is Teacher Michail.
I have been teaching English for more than seven years, over four years in South Korea, mainly elementary and middle school students, but also kindergarten and sometimes adults. I’ve also been teaching online for more than 3 years, mainly adults, but also children. I have three TEFL certificates, a 60 hour, 100 hour and 200 hour respectively. I like to have fun and engaging classes where the student feels as comfortable as possible. I will be patient and build your confidence little by little. Furthermore, I like to have a hands on approach where the student leads the class and I facilitate.

저는 한국에서 4년 이상 영어를 가르쳤습니다. 주로 초등학생과 중학생이지만 유치원생과 때때로 성인도 가르칩니다. 저는 3년 이상 온라인 강의를 해왔습니다. 주로 성인뿐 아니라 아이들도 가르쳤습니다. 저각각 60시간, 100시간, 200시간의 세 가지 TEFL 자격증을 가지고 있습니다. 저는 학생이 가능한 한 편안하게 느끼는 재미있고 매력적인 수업을 좋아합니다. 인내심을 갖고 조금씩 자신감을 키워가겠습니다. 또한 저는 학생이 수업을 주도하고 제가 촉진하는 방식으로 접근하는 것을 좋아합니다.

One of the things that makes British English better than American English is the pronunciation, for example it’s much easier to tell the difference between the British pronunciation of can and can’t (cahnt) than between the American pronunciation of can and can’t.
On top of that, British humour is more sophisticated than American humour, and it’s the original source of the English language language.
The most important thing when you are learning English (or any other language) is communication. As long as people can understand you, you can speak the language. Being absolutely perfect is underrated. No one is perfect, not even in their own language.

Living in South Korea turned out to be one of the most amazing chapters in my life. During my time there, I had the privilege of meeting some truly wonderful individuals who have since become lifelong friends. The memories we made together are ones I'll cherish forever. From exploring vibrant markets to hiking scenic trails, I went on some of the most enjoyable and unforgettable adventures. South Korea's unique culture and warm hospitality made my stay even more special, leaving me with a deep appreciation for the experiences and connections I gained.
